The conventional reverberatory furnace for smelting nonferrous metals is a kind of chamber combustion flame furnace. The heat transfer mode in the furnace depends on the reflection of flame, and more importantly, it depends on the radiation heat transfer of furnace top, furnace wall and hot gas. The reverberatory furnace is widely used in nonferrous metal smelting. It is used in drying, roasting, refining, melting, slag treatment and other processes. The reverberatory furnace has always been the main equipment for smelting non-ferrous metals. However, the production capacity of the conventional reverberatory furnace is greatly affected due to the fact that the furnace must be shut down and the slag must be removed for each furnace. What's more, because of the frequent start and stop, the cold and hot alternation has great damage to the refractory in the furnace, and the service life of the furnace is also greatly shortened.
The high-efficiency and energy-saving reverberatory furnace independently developed by our company not only has the advantages of conventional reverberatory furnace, but also allows the high-temperature flue gas to pass through the material layer, and the material layer is in close contact with the flame, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency, fully absorbs the heat in the furnace, and shortens the smelting time. The thickness of the initial feeding material layer is 100-150 mm, which is evenly covered with the material bed, and the ignition of the door is slowly heated. After the furnace temperature rises to 800 ℃, two screw feeding machines can be used for continuous feeding to keep the balance between the feeding amount and the melting amount. Hot flue gas and molten metal enter the lower molten pool through the uniformly distributed fine holes on the hearth. When the molten metal reaches a certain amount, open the drain valve of the molten pool to drain the molten metal into the low-level melting pot. The hot flue gas in the furnace passes through the bottom of the low-level melting pot to keep the molten metal at a higher temperature, and the scum is removed from the surface of the melting pot. Generally, a smelting system can be equipped with four melting pots to ensure continuous production and replacement. At the same time, when the flue gas passes through the bottom space of the melting pot, due to the expansion effect, the dust in the flue gas is deposited at the bottom of the pot, so the bottom of the pot is also the ash collection room.
In order to make full use of the waste heat of the flue gas, the whole smelting system is equipped with a waste heat boiler and an air preheater. The waste heat boiler can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and produce hot water or steam, which can be used by the staff canteen, staff bath, heating, industrial steam, etc.; the air preheater can further reduce the flue gas temperature to protect the environment. Meanwhile, the cold air is heated to 160 ℃ ~ 180 ℃. A bag filter is installed behind the air preheater, and the fly ash in the flue gas is fully captured and collected. The heated hot air can be used as the heat supply oxygen for the gas producer and the reverberatory furnace to improve the combustion efficiency. The device has the advantages of small volume, long service life, energy saving, environmental protection, continuous production and other incomparable conventional reverberators.
The reverberatory furnace adopts a cylindrical horizontal double-layer structure, the lining is made of high-quality refractory materials, and the rotary arch lining is made of magnesia brick or magnesia alumina brick. The furnace bottom is sintered with magnesia iron sand (magnesium oxide and iron oxide). Each reverberatory furnace is equipped with two screw feeders, blower, induced draft fan, waste heat boiler, air preheater, biochemical dust remover and cyclone dust remover, and one set of gas producer and cyclone gas burner. According to the user's needs, the bag dedusting system (bag deduster, air compressor, ash conveying equipment, etc.) can be provided.
Economical and practical operation is simple. Other applications: widely used in machinery, metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, etc.
